Leaders are made, and they are made by effort and hard work. The harder you work, the harder it is to surrender. Some of us will do our jobs well, and some will not, but we will be judged by only one thing….the results. Mental toughness is essential to success. Make that second effort. No one exhibits this determination and tenacity more than Kathy Broock. She is a stellar example of absolute determination and success. We have learned that Kathy will either find a way…or make one.
