There is little need to go on at length when a project has a perfect outcome. Not just good, not just close to what we wanted, but perfect. Kathy saw the true value in our home and marketed and managed the process perfectly. She sold the house personally and quickly at the original actual value we had asked and then ensured all involved parties were onboard. All this happened after we had moved out of state. Then, Kathy and her team managed a remote transaction and closing process that was absolutely seamless. I cannot imagine how it could have been easier. I would ask Kathy again in a nanosecond without reservation to manage any other real estate transactions I might again have in her area.
