This #SmallBusinessSaturday, we’re featuring Franklin Cider Mill, a one-of-a-kind living piece of history. After three years of construction, the Franklin Grist Mill was completed in 1837. This was the same year that Michigan gained its statehood! Now, they take pride in their family-friendly atmosphere and strive to provide exceptional service.
Some fun facts:
• They press and bottle their own cider at their Mill!
• In the main visitor area, you can observe the cider being pressed.
• The donuts are made fresh and on demand each day. Their unique donuts are from an old German spice recipe and they have proudly served the same warm donuts that have been served with their cold cider for over 80+ years.
