KATHY BROOCK

I am fortunate to have a team of smart, talented people. Working with Helen Reasoner has been invaluable. She has grown to be one of the most successful agents in Michigan, for two simple reasons: she listens, and she responds. Cheryl Bournias, has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and handles our contract to close and day-to-day operations with finesse. My Listing Director, Sara Shalari, is dedicated to making sure all forms of communication are being utilized to their potential in order to help you sell your home. My Marketing Director, Natalie Kiro, is dedicated to finding new, innovative ways to keep our brand and clients ahead of the curve.


HELEN REASONER

ASSOCIATE BROKER / REALTOR®

Working with Kathy my roles on the team are diverse. We work together as co listers and with buyers to ensure our clients have our full expertise and knowledge. As a buyer's agent and Associate Broker, it is my job to help you find the right home and ensure that all aspects of the transaction run smoothly. I have a track record of success, which I owe to my ability to connect and in - depth knowledge of the market and inventory. I have lived in Bloomfield Village for 26 years with my husband and three children who all graduated from Cranbrook, as did I I am currently President of the Cranbrook Kingswood Alumni Association and a member of the Cranbrook Board of Governors, which gives me the opportunity to stay involved with the community I love. After Cranbrook, I attended Duke University and graduated with a degree in economics. I live, work, and volunteer in the Birmingham Bloomfield area, providing me with an edge when it comes to new listings and finding you the perfect home.


CHERYL BOURNIAS

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS / REALTOR®

It’s all in the details. My role involves the daily operations of the business with an emphasis on contract to close to ensure the seamless coordination between all parties before, during and after the sale. Orchestrating these details to ensure a successful sale is my top priority. The intricacies behind the scenes require a thoughtful and organized approach to complete a smooth closing. From start to finish, you will receive superb and professional service. As a liaison between clients, realtors, title companies and lenders, my role is all encompassing. I joined Kathy’s team with over 20 years of Real Estate experience and a love for the business. Having resided in Birmingham and Bloomfield with my family for over 35 years, I hold this community very close to my heart. All three of my children have attended Birmingham Public Schools as well as St. Hugo, Marian and Brother Rice. I am delighted to be part of such a vibrant and talented real estate team.


Natalie Kiro

MARKETING DIRECTOR / SOCIAL MEDIA

Elevating our already successful marketing approach to the next level and increasing exposure is my passion. With extensive experience in business development, communications, content creation, and production, I am excited to collaborate with Kathy. My role promotes all aspects of her business, implementing innovative strategies that keep us ahead of our competitors. With client satisfaction at the forefront of our marketing approach, quality control is imperative. In this technological-driven age, I ensure your home has a strong online presence across all media platforms to generate high levels of web traffic and social media engagement. Our advertising campaigns also include traditional publications to create an immediate and lasting impression. With our unique in-house marketing department, you will experience the powerful impact of strong integrated media services.


Sara Shalari

LISTING DIRECTOR / REALTOR®

As the Listing Director and a licensed realtor my primary focus is to ensure your complete satisfaction throughout the entire listing process. My primary role entails obtaining all necessary documentation, managing logistics of showings and scheduling professional photography and videography to showcase your home in its absolute finest light. I also take on many additional responsibilities throughout the process, including clear and concise client communication with you, other agents and affiliates. In addition I will be organizing broker tours, public open houses and agent previews. I keep you well informed by streamlining all forms of communication. As a proud graduate of Michigan State and a member of this community, I have always been passionate about real estate. Rest assured, as your listing director, I am committed to providing you with exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and successful listing process. I will work tirelessly to exceed your expectations.


PAMELA TRASK

PROJECT MANAGER / REALTOR

All hands on deck! As Project Manager, I bring over 20 years of experience in managing and overseeing various projects. I maintain strong relationships with trades which affords insight, ingenuity and efficiency. My multifaceted skill set enables me to ensure that all aspects of a project are well-coordinated and executed, while providing exceptional customer service. As a licensed agent, I also work closely with other industry professionals. In addition, I have a keen eye for detail and work closely with Kathy to identify and resolve potential issues before they become significant roadblocks. From measuring to showcasing homes to potential buyers, attending open houses for brokers and the public, my role is diverse. With my expertise, I am confident in my ability to deliver results and exceed expectations.
